Scheduling Appointments

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits.  If you are later than ten (10) minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider.  Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late.  We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.

"Well visits" are complete physical exams, and are the same as sports physicals, or well child checks and should be made in advance.  Calls for well visit appointments are accepted after 10:00 a.m. and before 4:00 p.m. daily.

"Sick visits" include acute sickness, injuries, and other urgent situations.  They are to be scheduled the same day you wish to be seen.  Calls for sick appointments are accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

All other visits may be scheduled in advance with your primary doctor.

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
