Meet Our Staff


Tammy Patrick, RN


Practice Supervisor

Tammy Patrick is a graduate of the Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital School of Nursing (MetroHealth Medical Center).  Her background includes  Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency Room and 16 years in private practice with Medina Pediatrics.  Tammy is assigned to the medical and pharmaceutical needs of patients who see Dr. Roach and Dr. Memberg.

Medical Assistant

Cyndi, Dr. Myers  Medical Assistant, joined Medina Pediatrics in 2001.  Since that time she has been an intregral part of our practice, always putting the needs of our patients and the entire team above her own. 

Jean M.,


Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Jean joined University Hospitals in 2008 and Medina Pediatrics in 2012.  She enjoys patient contact and we enjoy her flexibility and willingness to work in both the clinical and administrative area.

Katie,


Medical Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Katie has been part of the University Hospitals support staff since 2005 and joined Medina Pediatrics in 2007.  Hers will probably be the first smiling face you will see as you approach our check-in window.

Kristin,


Medical Assistant

Kristin is often seen preparing patients for their visits and assisting Dr. Fall.  Although she is part-time she makes her mark on the practice.  She is often making sure our office is well decorated with holiday cheer and change of seasons.  Kristin joined Medina Pediatrics in 2008.

Sandy,


Billing Specialist

We rely on Sandy for her expertise with charge entry, billing and insurance.  She also helps the front desk answer phones and schedule appointments.  Sandy joined University Hospitals in 1999 and Medina Pediatrics in 2005.

Wendy,


Receptionist/Scheduler

Wendy joined Medina Pediatrics in 2006.  Initially Wendy's duties were answering phones, scheduling patients, and greeting them at check-in.  Since then, she has become an intregral part of our front desk staff assisting the doctor's with their schedules, registering new patients and managing communications via fax and mail.
